Oil refining process includes filtration, hydration, dehydration, alkali refining, from soap, washing, bleaching, deodorization.
1, filter: remove the oil mainly solid impurities.
2, hydration: high temperature hydration method. When the addition of 5 to 7 grams when oil rose to 50 ℃ / liter of boiling salt water, the amount of 15% to 20% oil, and with the added with stirring, the final temperature of about 80 ℃, until evenly dispersed particles far, about 15 minutes.
3, standing separation: incubation was allowed to stand 6-8 hours, clear water to be separated when the separation layer.
4, dehydration: using aqueous pan (oil instead of water), the oil temperature of 105 ~ 110 ℃, until no blisters so far.
5, alkali refining: the dual-alkali. Preheat the oil temperature 30 ~ 35 ℃, first by the total amount of alkali 20% to 25% by adding 20 Baume soda, to prevent overflow pan and stirred (60 / rpm) until the foam then add 20 to fall 22 Baume caustic soda (75% to 80% of the total amount of alkali) agitation, the final temperature 80 ℃.

6, from soap: After completion of insulation alkali refining standing, when a clear separation of oil, soap separation layer, soap precipitation.
7, Washing: 80 ~ 85 ℃ with soft water spray was sprayed on the oil (the same oil and water temperature), the amount of oil weight of 10% to 15%, with constant stirring, 1 to 3 times can be washed, cleaned up . (15) Drying: indirectly heated to 95 ~ 105 ℃, about 10 to 15 minutes, to water evaporation is completed.
8, decolorization: The adsorption method using a mixed bleaching agent (activated clay and activated carbon, etc.) at normal pressure, 80 ~ 95 ℃ conditions, sufficiently stirred for 30 minutes.
9, the filter: filter or natural sedimentation at 70C and then filtered.
10, deodorization: carried out in the deodorization tank. Indirect steam heated to 100 ℃, direct steam injection, the degree of vacuum of 800 to 1000 Pa, time 4 to 6 hours, the amount of steam was 40 kg / ton of oil.
